Happy day 1 on not-Myspace!
I don't get the chance to cosplay much anymore, but I'm compiling photos to start posting some of my favorites from when I was a lot more active on the scene. I really miss it, but it costs a little too much money to keep up right now (esp while we're finishing up our wedding planning) and body dysmorphia is a real bitch. I know I'm not as young or as in shape as I used to be, so it's so hard to put myself out there in public where I have no control over the photos spreading around.
If we cosplayed together, which ones were your favorites? Hit me up with your fave photo of us together, too! I want to post them either on my page or in a blog post soon! I'll use it as an opportunity to reflect on that memory, as well. It's like therapy for broke nerds (•¯ ∀ ¯•)

Those cosplays are so great! I know what you mean about it being a bit pricey. I've never cosplayed but, I've been planning two. They're both simple too, but in the end, every piece of something adds up, lol. I'm really looking forward to one of them next month. We're having a cosplay prom in town and me + my aunt + my uncle plan on going. I have an Abbacchio outfit put together and hopefully, we'll get to go!

It's so interesting looking at cosplay now vs. when I started. It used to be so expensive to buy them (and so few options were even available), so when I was a teenager I forced myself to learn how to sew in order to make them all myself. Now just buying the fabric is more expensive than getting something from Miccostumes (but there's really no shame in buying a premade + the quality has gone up tremendously)
Abbacchio is my favorite JJBA character, hands down!! Golden Wind will always have my heart. I hope everything works out and you all have the best time!! 💕
