need help with my blog!!!

hi all!!! i need some help with designing my blog.

#1: adding a cursor

how do I get a custom cursor on my blog? i've seen some people who have cool cursors and i want one too :3 id love a tbh creature or something related to soul eater

#2: changing the color of the "blurbs", "my friends", etc

ive seen some people who changed the color from red to something else, how can i do that? (as you can see in these screenshots, my "blurbs" is red, but my friend Himari has it as black text.

#3: adding those little small banner things?

i tried to add the little banners that are similar to the ones on DeviantArt but i cant figure out how to use those. (example taken from my friend Ramone's profile!)

#4: adding music when you visit my page

how do i add songs to my page? can i make a playlist or something?? i have spotify if that helps.
