I HATE THE RCM

Okay okay okay. So I’m a pianist (classically trained) and I’m doing my level eight Royal conservatory exam this year. HOLY SHIT THERE ARE SO MANY STUPID SCALES I HAVE TO LEARN. I swear to GOD whoever decides this just wants musicians to suffer bc why do I need to learn F triple sharp negative flat major augmented triads like what?????  How does this help a pianist be better, genuinely. Also this grade’s a-repertoire fucking sucks.
