if its an image yu got from the web, dont download it! if you right click youll see "copy image address"! if you do , youll get the image :3
if its an image yuve downloaded, the only way ik how to do it is fucking ANNOYING. go to google images and hit create new folder. make the folder shareable and start uploading any files!! then, open your images in new tab, copy THAT image address, and then use the css image code above in the same way ^w^
therez probably an easier way, but thatz how i do it ! <3 hope this helps
