Today was AWESOME!!!

Ohh man! So today started out amazingly! On the drive to L.A., there were just randomly three UH60 Blackhawk helicopters flying super low over the freeway for some reason!? FlightRadar didn't show them, but a nearby UH60 on radar belonged to the Navy. 

I got to see a perfect view of them and got video, it was awesome.

So then, we met with my friend! Our moms luckily got along, and then we got to talk and hang out for hours! I loved seeing her again! We really got along well.

And of course.... I got my new tattoo! It was so much fun getting it done. What I had originally planned was the B2 Spirit with F22s in formation, but I decided to change those to F35s after getting to see them actually take off last week at the air force base.

The artist was amazing, he got every single teensy little detail just perfect and spot on!

Afterwards, we went to IHOP to eat more food and talk and stuff, before eventually leaving.

Aaggghhhhh, and then of COURSE my flight instructor tells me that we have to cancel our lesson tomorrow because of the rain. Dang it! I am so pissed off at this rain, seriously! It's going to rain all this week AGAIN so we can't even fly until NEXT WEEK now.

Sigh. I was REALLY hoping to fly tomorrow, I am so impatient! But fine.... I'll practice some other stuff in the meantime. Anyways, today was a heck of a good day and I'm not gonna forget it. 

We bought some delicious food from the shop next door and I already tried some of the smoked salmon locks, man it is the most delicious smoked salmon I've ever had. Seriously!
