Spirit Work

I recently had a conversation with my cousin who I dont talk to often and learned that most of our family on her side can see/hear spirits. Ive always been able to sense spirits and their vibes but I've never tried to see/hear them. She told me that I needed to open myself up and try but im not sure if im ready for it yet. Theres a lot of research to be done thats for sure!
