just found out you can be at "rest" for a full 8 hours, but not really be asleep.
because even though you're having really vivid "dreams" ... they're not dreams.
it's your brain hallucinating.
you can literally be at rest, hallucinating for 8 hours.
not sleeping.
starting to wonder if this could be partially why I'm waking up sleepy and staying drowsy most of the day.
idk
