How to finish a short story????

For the past 2 months i've been writing a short horror story. I know how i want it to end, and I know where i'm at.

Yet somehow i can't make myself finish it?? every time i think about finishing this story i get this icky "unmotivated" feeling.

I wish I could like. Hire a clown to stand behind me with a watergun to spray me until I'm done. or something.
