its like having a soda *wink you cant just have or two, its so addicting that you have phantom notifications you must pull out your phone, look at the smart watch so many times an hour just to see whats going on in the world.

i have noticed so much spam on facebook, so much hate and so many false passive flagging of my content and my friends contents just saying eating lunch at so and so or having a sandwich then the post gets flagged for no reason for violating their community guide lines which dont make since at all at all....  

you know facebook meta has issues when they get mad at apple for trying to protect user privacy and losing them money...  thats how bad you know... we need to start taking privacy more.

i reported lots of comments from romance scammers, food stamp, ebt, cash app, hiring, place a sticker on car for money scammers and get told... their is no violations. 

i would get death and hate threats and get told when i report no violations yet when i say fuk u to someone or i hate you i get sent to facebook jail.

when i comment this is a scam in a post the scammer would report my post as hate speech i get sent to facebook jail and comment removed.... 

facebook meta is a joke and its time i leave suck a broken black mirror Terran Empire.

i felt my privacy was violated many times facebook meta was scanning my phone i had no idea then i went into their settings and saw they uploaded the names and copy images of the apps i used and how many times i open close used them into facebook. it was scary.

stop using facebook to sign into fast food and other apps.

one time just pure coincidence has to be i went to save mart bought a new pack of ribs i never heard of i didnt google or use phone to take phone nor search it nor post about it not even 1 hour after i cooked them... facebook started to suggest the company and its products.

i was scared did it use my camera? to see what i bought?

when using websites now days.... you really have to open each website in its own virutal pc.... no joke or each website can tie you to each other.

when you browse A, site B is storing that info and selling it. 

example: your online browsing cookies, check out as guest with fake name, later that day you login to another store and check out with real name... address... the website ties your unique cookie trail back to the website your checke dout as guest and now they know you.

its scary what goes on./

this is why in movies you see when someone gets theri hands on top secret stuff they go to store buy a NEW never used computer off the shelf using cash and hoodie and mask to avoid the cameras aka AIR GAP PC so check out the stuff

if you poped that flash drive into your normal computer.... its sending out so much data it can be tracked back to you so fast.

using a VPN lol 

if you are logged into your email, social, etc while using a VPN... to do stuff your not allowed to... your sending out cookies into that vpn giving away who you are... vpn might be secure but what your using to send the data is NOT.

if you need to use vpn and air gap computer... dont use personal stuff on that computer.

when you upgrade or buy a new computer and it forces you to login to an email and or uploaded stuff about the computer to the maker... your identity your info is being sold most likely ... we love the idea of using a mobile device sign into one account to access social, content, email, bank etc... but were is all that data its collecting going? 

FREE FREE FREE is not always FREE like magic their is always a cost to it.

when you buy a camera... with live cloud... or live access.... how secure is it really...
