8 AM (poem)

We have chemistry.

Not the kind I wish but

the kind I took 1st period, 10th grade.

The bell rung.

I learned oil is non-polar which

is the reason you can't mix it with water.

I am the oil.

You are the water.

That kind of chemistry.
