Preface: this was from a video talking about a common belief that ancient sumerian tablets depict spaceships or something of that nature. The source material is from a GREAT channel called FringePop123, a side project belonging to Dr. Micheal S. Heiser, he has great content on ancient near eastern, and Semitic topics. His content is usually short form but packed of good information, and often has recommendations for extra reading.
these notes in particular were pretty lazy, i had already been taking notes for 4-5 hours when I took these so i was pretty tired. So if you have any questions on anything either watch his video or ask me in comments.

Victory Stele of Naram-Sin
Context:
Naram-Sin of Akkad, Grandson of Sargon of Akkad, and reigned from 2254-2218BC
This stone tablet depicts the victory of Naram-Sin.
Claims:
Zachary Sitchen, a popular ancient astronaut theorist believes that prominent cone shaped object behind the soldiers, is a extra-terrestrial rocket ship.
This was *supposedly* a rocket built by the Annunaki, to back come to earth and give Naram-Sin a victory.
Zachary Sitchen holds a lot of beliefs related to the Annunaki being Ancient Extraterrestrials.
Analysis:
The Stele is obviously the primary source here, looking at it you can see 2 inscriptions, one above the head of the king, and another is on the cone shaped object. The one above the king, is Akkadian and translated, the one on the Cone is in Elamite.
Elamite is the language of Elam, which was in south west Iran. This is important later.
The Akkadian inscription commemorates Naram-Sin and his victory over the Lullubi people, in what is now Iran. Lullubi were a small group of tribes that controlled the area in 3rd Century BC.
This victory took place and the Stele would have been Erected in the city of Sipar in ~2200BC
The inscription roughly translates too:
"Naram-Sin, the powerful...."
*missing lines*
"in the mountains of the Lullubi assembled and a battle"
*missing 15 lines*
"Dedicated to a diety"
So Naram-Sin the powerful fought in the Lullubi's mountains and dedicated the victory to a diety.
The OTHER inscription on the cone shaped object was carved about a thousand years later, in roughly 1200BC. It is written by shutruk-nahunte, a Elamite king, that carried the Stele back to Susa, his capitol as a stolen treasure from his victory.
The dates of both these kings are verifiable because of king lists, and the Elamite king is mentioned on the inscription, creating a high likely hood it was attributed to him.
"I am Shutruk-Nahhunte, son of Hallutush-Ishushinak, Beloved servant of the God Inshushinak, king of Anshan and Susa, Enlarger of my realm, Protector of Elam, prince of Elam. At the command of [the god] Inshushinak, i struck down the city of Sippar. i took the Stele of Naram-Sin in my hand, and i carried off and brought it back to Elam. I set it up in dedication to my lord Inshushinak."
The cone is obviously not a rocket, but rather a mountain. The inscription itself tells us that the battle took place in the mountains of the Lullubi, a mountain people, meaning most likely, it was a mountain. The space on the cone was originally left blank, until Shutruk came and took it. He seemed to have respected Naram-Sin enough to not just destroy it, but use the blank space to write his own inscription of its retaking.
