Losing Friends especially Bestfriends

I honestly hate losing friends dear to me but when it’s my BEST friend, it hits harder. So I have this bestie who I have been friends with for almost 5 years but she’s changed so much and not for the better but that’s life ig. I related to her more than any friends I have ever had and I thought of her as a sister but she’s been distant. I had a feeling something was off when she didn’t tell me happy birthday but days later did to someone else. Is this the end of our friendship or-…Ik communication is key but I don’t want to sound obsessive so I just leave it alone, I still have love for her but I’m always the one reaching out and I hate feeling like a bother. I have made another bestie and I love him to pieces and he’s like my little brother and I honestly hope that everything gets better.
