The heartbreak from a situationship breakup is devasting... It feels like are watching yourself have heart attack and you can't do anything just cry your eyes out! It’s not meant for the weak, Definitely not for the weak. Often fuelled by lust. ‘seeing how it goes’ is a clear indicator of this. Another indication “we’ll just see what happens”, waste of time, sex, and money. Highly triggering and problematic. The fine print reads: Can hurt worst than relationships! Not for the soft hearted. But it can be perfect if you're the one who doesn't get attached... Someone said it only works for the one less interested in the other. That Made sense. Only people that are mature and honest can survive this. The rest of us who fall inlove with anything that stares our direction must never attempt. A lot of people aren’t honest from the jump. If you have no intentions of wanting a commitment, say that at the door. Give folks a chance to make a choice instead of waiting until they catch feelings. The situationship, all the benefits of being in a relationship without having a title !! so then in the end she can just say “but your not my boyfriend”! Emotional fucking turmoil. A dressed up friend w/benefits or dressed down open relationship. Brother of "friends with benefit"Destroyer of friends & friendships. Gotta keep your expectations low. Emotional stress. Don’t you ever audition to be promoted. It’s you that they’re not ready to be in a relationship with - take it or leave it but don’t ever go into this thinking you’ll change the other persons mind. Situationships make people less trustworthy and it destroys the value of unconditional love and the foundations for a healthy relationship. This is state of the art stupidity... principles, morals got thrown out the window. Every "situationship" arrives at juncture between moving on and moving forward... it’s Not for the faint hearted. The hurt afterwards is unbearable when you want something more with someone who doesn’t feel the same way or have the same intentions. You can’t really say anything either because you two were never together and technically are still single. Dumb for a woman’s sake but A nigga will take full advantage of a situation.
