My dreams keep getting weirder

I keep having these dreams about people from my past but they always end up crashing down after a certain point. They feel so real in the moment I don’t even know what to make of it. I Can hear their voices, see their faces, Carry conversations with these people and then I just wake up like nothing just happened.
