Use can layouts made by other people! Theyre in between Groups and Favorites under the search bar! usually people are happy if u credit them and comment :)
Put some Japanese emoticons (or whatever they're called), Have a specific aesthetic, look for a template where you can put a song so that it plays as soon as you enter your profile, etc. page layouts are something "overexploited" because of how common it is, there are other ways to make the profile attractive.
