Pokémon nostalgia

I started reorganizing my room yesterday to make space for all of my aviation stuff. I bought some model jets and helicopters and wanted to display them. In the process of reorganizing, I remembered that I have a big bag of stuff in my storage shed.

So, I went out to the shed and opened it up.... I had so much Pokémon stuff in there I had forgotten about! All kinds of other plushies from my childhood, too. 

When I was little, I had a sky forme Shaymin plush with the little Mystery Dungeon explorer's bag. I was super into Explorers of Sky and so I took that Shaymin EVERYWHERE with me. To amusement parks, camping trips, school, church, Las Vegas, just everywhere. 

Seeing that scuffed up and scrawny little stuffed animal again made my heart happy. I decided to bring it out and I'm going to sneak him into my pilot bag when I go and do my lessons. It's only appropriate, after all, since Shaymin is an explorer of the sky....

Along with Shaymin, I also reunited with my old Mudkip, Meowth, Zeraora, Zoroark, Salamance, Seviper, Gligar, Jolteon, and Riolu. 

I actually have a LOT more plushies, most of which I've been wanting to sell. But shipping prices are just way too high, so I'll just sell them locally on Craigslist or something. 

But it's so weird seeing some of these again after all this time. I've had the Riolu and Meowth since elementary school! I have memories of playing with them on my parents' bed. I remember wanting to be a Riolu so bad that I would always wear a light blue hoodie and black gloves at school and do the Naruto run on the playground.. Haha!
