work vent

i am so upset to be working under a shift who does not have communication skills to the point that i spent my entire week having panic attacks bc i knew she was going to think i did something to undermine her when LITERALLY the things i needed were just broken when i was trying to put it back together. 

like, the LEAST you could do is fucking ASK ME why it got put back together the way it did. but noooooo that's too fucking hard for a "leader" to do. fuck. i want. to fucking. go. home. 

i literally started crying within my first minute of being on the clock today. fuck this.
