found a weird object in my room (parallel dimension thingy??¡¡)

for the sake of telling this to someone else, I will lol. last year (august 2020) me and my s.o were cleaning my room and he found someting weird on the top of my closet.
last year we had a psychiatry class for the very first time in our 3rd year at university. the teacher, with whom we never had classes before, told us to read this book written by him. me and s.o were staying at my family's house due to quarantine, so since we both had the same class decided that I was gonna print a copy; being that one the only book we had at home.

the thing that we found on the top of my closet was the exact same book, with some slight differences; meanwhile I printed the whole book with only one side of the paper sheets being used (yupp silly me), the other one was with the paper sheets printed on both sides; meanwhile my book had a transparent book cover, the other one had a transparent blue cover. on the inside. whenever i'm reading, I constantly highlight things and take notes. some pages had the exact same things highlighted, and another ones with a slight difference. I knew that this book was not mine or my bf's (and neither one of my family members, no one else studies psychology over here nor reads anything related to that), but what confirmed me that it was definitely not ours was the writing: it is completely different than mine, or any of the other people that lives here. and no, it isn't from a friend or anything, it's super weird since it's the book of our class, we obvs haven't seen any classmate due to pandemic either... the book had with it some other loose pages from an apparent philosophy class. concidently I had taken that class too, but I quit at the 3rd day; therefore, I didn't print that either.

I was a bit scared but I kinda thought that it was probably me from another dimension; the emojarcorito who took the philosophy class and stayed, and also had the psychiatry class. and somehow, she lost the books and the notes here and probably got bad grades or something lol (I got a 7, which in my country is the higher score). maybe we are the opposite in some aspects, me and her.

Most of the time there are perfectly reasonable explanations for what seem like strange occurrences. However there are other times items vanish or transfer someplace else by unknowable means.

Only those who have personally experienced this phenomenon understand. When all alternative explanations are exhausted and reasonable contingencies are accounted for. For if it wasn't a friend or family member dropping off such a book when visiting, then you may have a situation worthy of further investigation.

Do you:
* Have you had any dreams of the 'serial story' kind? It need not be in 'typical' sequential order, but merely related dreams based on the same dream location, and upon waking sometimes you do remember enough of the lingering traces to capture not just the series of events, but how those events made you feel? Were you in a state of mind where you were organizing what you would need? (Dream emotions are the echoes of one's true self. This method investigates one's own inner intent.)
* Have you noticed impermanence in details in your surroundings? Perhaps such as a crack in the cement along a route you normally travel. Sometimes there. Sometimes not. (Such changes occur at the edge of perception. This method investigates how anchored you are to any particular reality.)
* Have you encountered places where you walk across and you feel a subtle buzz in your chest and/or your ears pop? This may indicate that there are ethereal forces around. (Leylines are ever-shifting and you may have encountered one. This method tests the frequently and effect of intangible forces around. Forces which influence happenstance in a one-way arrangement.)

Some things you might like to know:
* Time moves in all directions. All inconsistencies are eventually corrected. If that book is not yours, it WILL leave your possession when you least expect it.
* The being that is you resides in more than the mere 4 dimensions where the body senses are located.
* Items lost and found in this special way occur in equal measure. Scientific observations of 'this has to come from somewhere' always applys even if the subject is supernatural.
