MANDARAKE ART BOOK HAUL MARCH!

Hello Everyone! Today I got a notification on my phone at 1 AM today telling me that one of my packages had arrived at a 24-hour cornerstore. Of course in exitment I waddled over and hauled it home... It was heavy as hell! But! Of course it was! There were so many books in there! (the books came so fast too! It only took about 5 days! The package fairy must have worked diligently!)

I'm so happy! There were a ton of artbooks and anthologies in there, now I can't talk about all of them as some of them are *coughs* mature... To put it in more dignified terms! But! The ones I can talk about are very exiting!

    1. The first one I took a look at was a Natsume miku artbook called sugar mel! I didn't realize when I bhought it but it also came with a pink bunny totebag! Totally cute! I loved how colorfull and detailed the illustrations were!

    2. The second one was really really thin, and only had a few pages but I enjoyed what little it had to offer! It was called "sweets I ate when I moved to tokyo"!

    3. The third was the dungeon meshi "adventurers bible"! I tried to not look too much in this one because I'm still reading the manga but i really liked the monster and character and interior pages!

    4. The fourth one was a "take illustration collection 2010-2011" book and it had a really intresting layout/shape! it opened from the bottom instead of the sides! the illustrations were all really varied especially for 1 artist, but I enjoyed it!

    5. The fifth one I opened I had really low expectations for when I ordered it but "Masumi moriwaki man is a silent bartender artbook" really suprised me! It was only 600 Yen (around 6$) but it was hardcover and much bigger than I expected! The quality was amazing!

    6. The sixth one (Yes I know I ordered quite alot...) Was a book called "girls illustration" which had art done by lots of different female artists! It was really cool, there was even an illustration of 2 girls in gakti! Which really suprised me!

   7. The seventh one was "Boyfriend entrence guidebook" which probably belonged to a game with a similar title? Either way it was certainly intresting but not very noteworthy... Suppose I was kinda let down?

   8. This next one was actually the most suprising of all... "kichijoji cafe artbook" was only a measly 200 yen (2$) and I only bhought it because I was curious how small it would be but it was huge! And the quality was amazing! It was such a pleasant suprise! Apparently it's for a manga? Maybe I'll give it a read!

   9. The last one was the one I was the most exited to recive... the "Baron ueda EYES artbook" It was amazing... I've loved his work for a really long time and finally owning this book feels like a dream come true!

Overall I ordered 14 books, it was a good haul! Who knows, Maybe I'll do another one this year... but I'll wait a while... I have another big package waiting to be picked up today! And the tax is really high! I'll be sure to show off some of the stuff I get there too! :-P March has a really bountiful package harvest waiting for me this year!
