GoodReads Summary: When journalist Aria Simons’s career went up in flames, she retreated to her lakeside hometown. Now, she’s determined to redeem herself by getting the scoop on Eli Lockwood’s new property development, but the arrogant millionaire seems hellbent on stopping her.

Review: This book was a little too predictable. Young career women that goes against a big-shot city man with family money; they dislike each, but really it's sexual tension. They have one night together, and he's in love; she flees because of her past in the big city and not wanting her career to have hinted that she sleeps her way to the top. Back and forth for a bit, and then PREGNANCY! Back and forth some more and then a big grand jester at the end with a happy ending of them having the family and careers they always dreamed of.

Im not trying to bash on it or anything. It was still a cute love story, but defiantly mellow compared to the last 2 books I read before this. Eli is stubborn but caring and Aria is thoughtful but emotional when she thinks she's repeating the past that didn't even happen.

This is from a series so I don't know If I'll continue. Most times, I HAVE TO FINISH THE SERIES (Thank Morgan Elizabeth books for that), but I don't know. I do like that it's set in New Zealand, and that's really cool to hear about areas I've never been to. If you have read other from the series let me know. I would love to hear from another point of view.
