time for update #4!!

thank you to everyone who suggested a name for this city!! i did a poll yesterday to decide the name once and for all >:) 2 of the names tied- Electra City & Highland City. i ended up going with Highland City! woooooo name decided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

since last update i've been working on filling more space; so more buildings! none of them have a purpose at the moment, and unclear if i want them to have a purpose rn tbh. i added a neon sign to the front of one of them with "HC" on it for the new city name :D

anyways keep suggesting me ideas and lmk what y'all think in comments! <3
