IM SO READY 4 THE WEEKEND

James comes home in just over half an hour - i cant explain how much i miss his voice. Today felt like a whirlwind. its cold - no, let me correct that. its fucking freezing. i live in the south of england, right on the waters brink and so the air here is sharp and violent, on the best of days. it was snowing earlier - raining still now, and i haven't seen a speck of blue in the sky. it's my brothers birthday, he wanted to go eat out - i agreed, although i struggled to. And we dont mention the bank (fucking place shut my card over a fraud claim when it wasn't that at all, it was that i forgot my god damn login and they're telephone operators are horrid) so i had to deal with that. an anxiety inducing moment of where they asked my number 12 times, (or so it felt) and we arent even going to MENTION how i thought i forgot my card when realistically it was jammed in an inner pocket of my backpack. so anyways. went out, blindly expecting to meet him by 12 (HE SAID LUNCH SO I JUST KINDA ASSUMED) i was right, well, no, not really. sort of? maybe? the timing is actually foggy. i got down there for like 11. had to faff about with my bank for half a damn decade. then finally we got food. it was this sort of diner place. I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE THEY HAD DR PEPPER ON THE MACHINE. which is so insanely hard to find, i tried the vanilla version, almost cried. it was perfect. 

i was so desperate to get home. calling that taxi was a god damn life saver, they weren't too busy which was good, something which i was worried about - so i got home sooner rather than later. i was watching the timer go up, i always do - that little dash counter with the miles and how much they cost. i decided to get him to make a quick stop so i could get headphones for my nano that got shipped out today(!!!) 

and of course. we had to stick with the theme. . . .

PINK. 

but yeah, other than that. its date night (each wednesday my bf and me watch a movie, each monday i send him invites and he guesses which it is its a cute thing i know ) todays movie is spiderman homecoming. so im excited for that. 

no blackberry delivered today although it can be any time between now and Saturday - let the waiting begin. 

james did get his kickflip though.
