Why i joined spacehey + mini vent

I am so tired of the people around me. It sounds bad but its the truth. I can't walk into school without people laughing and taking pictures of me. I can't sit on a bus without being filmed. I want to go back to when many people dressed alternatively, weather that be gothic, scene, punk emo (ect) in public and when it was popular. I understand that people still got bullied by people who didn't like what they were doing but at least there was more of a scene back then. Unfortunately i missed those days as i was born in the late 2000's. I want to go back to when people couldn't post and pass around pictures of me so easily on the Internet. I know technology advancing is a good thing but its consumed us. I want to go exploring and have fun with my friends without the constand dread of someone taking a picture of me at a horrible time looming over my head. People wonder why im so obsessed with the times like this, Including the 80s. Even though i may have been bullied then as well, at least i just might've not felt so alone. I want to live when the alternative scene was so alive. I want to be alive when fashion, music and culture was valued. I know people say i shouldn't care so much about what people think but weather they like it or not reputation and peoples views affects me and my day-to-day life. I have joined spacehey in hopes of finding friends and a community. I just want to enjoy my teenage years.
