One conspiracy theory says that
the world ended a couple of years ago and what we are experiencing now is the last activity of our brains before they go out completely, therefore the world stops making sense

I see this as more of a spiritual/scientific theory than a conspiracy theory. You should check out "Initiation by Matias DeStefano". Very interesting viewpoints.
