so it doesn't really make sense that carol ended up becoming captain marvel, when there were other eligible candidates, who have already been captain marvel.
it's like marvel tried to stuff things together because they were planning on using the captain marvel title for something in the future, and god forbid monica be a center piece for anything.
i think carol was great as ms. marvel and it should've stayed that way, they could have always found a different name for kamala.

well true but like first monica had a different name, and like even in the later comics carol took the name captain marvel after her mentor died so i guess it sorta makes sense but they shouldve made it so captain mar-vell like more of a mentor ig
i guess so, i suppose personal preference plays a bit of a role here for me then :) but KSD's characterization of carol as captain marvel really put me off
