Song of day: "VIAL- PISS PUNK"
i forgot what theyre called when youre half asleep and you have audio hallucinations but this is my second one in two days
The first one was too horrific to say anything about, and i never will say anything about it.
This one i was hearing voices i was rationalizing in my head i had a video playing on my ipad on my desk until i ?heard? My grandma say in a speaking tone "someones here" and i snapped awake fully + terrified realizing that i didnt leave a video on my ipad .
Im still really scared i put something to wedge under my door. I dont really hear anything happening and its been 30 minutes but im upset
I dont know if my grandma yelled at the cat or what or if it was apart of the ? dream? Or what. She yells at the cat a lot at night
Im just rly nervous and my chest hurts . Every noise sounds scary now . I have two fans going but it sounds like talking on the phone or a conversation or smtn. Something being repeated
My heart sounds like footsteps
I used to keep scissors by my bed out of paranoia i wish i had them rn :(
