I've been here more than a year and I see new accounts like that every day. Must be thousands of them.
Some are funny in their randomness. "How to find the best taxi service in Bombay India"
Also some advertising "escort services" (i.e., hookers) in various places around the world.
"For all your lawn care needs in Canton Ohio"
So, no offense, but I don't see any point in reporting them.
