Does anyone else have premonitions?

i feel like im going insane sometimes but the few dreams im ever able to remember either end up actually happening (like, exactly) and/or are flashbacks to stuff thats actually happened. ik my mum and one of her aunts experiences this too, and my mums great grandfather (who was blind and partially deaf) would talk about things nobody told him but that had happened??? it freaks me out and maybe on here someone can tell me if my family is just more insane than i think or if this is something that other people experience
