It’s 11:30 pm and she won’t shut up. She keeps talking about how she’s sleep deprived and shit, but won’t go to sleep, and won’t try to, so like why fuckibg complain?? I cant turn my phone off vibrate because my parents would get pissed. im trying to go to sleep earlier because I get fucked over and end up being late to school. I’m just really fucking pissed off and i feel bad being rude/blunt to her but like?? It feels so ironic that she’s complains about passing out and sleep deprivation but doesn’t go to fuckibg bed and instead keeps me and my other friends up?? So yeah now im worked up and csnt sleep. WONDERFULLL!! If anybody has any advice feel free to drop it below.

talk to her about it ! let her know like, you need to sleep and youre sorry she cant but you need to. and maybe ask her why she doesnt sleep if shes sleep deprived. she could be struggling with insomnia, and if thats the case i recommend telling her to look into getting melatonin gummies, my cousin uses those to sleep :]
