Why the RMV needs to be re assessed

I’ve now been on hold with the RMV in Massachusetts since 9 am. The first time I called they just hung up after leaving me on hold for an hour. Now it’s been about another hour or so and they have been saying my wait time is “60 minutes” since 1030. It’s now 1106 and still on hold and now it says, “your wait time will be over an hour”. I hate my job and I still wouldn’t leave someone on hold this long never mind leave them on hold and hang up. In short. Fuck you RMV
