Don't ever be born with a heart problem, you will be permanently fucked for the rest of your miserable life. Medical bills are so expensive, and don't even get me started on the 2-hour MRI I'm forced to do. I'll probably just leave all of that bullshit to the poor sap that's going to inhabit consciousness while in the machine. Three cheers for depersonalization, derealization and sedatives!
Someone just shoot me now, it'll be way better than living like this.

You're telling me. Who-knows-how-many billion people in the world and I had to be the unlucky one to be born with a rare heart defect. The curse ends with me, that's all I'm going to say!
