First, upload the image to an image hosting webiste like IMGBB, or you can just Copy 'nd Paste the image link if you're pulling it from a website or Google Images

Click Insert Image, which is under the "content" section when creating a blog or bulletin, and insert the link
Aaaand...
There we go!
A photo!
This also works with GIFs!
