sort of!! they all have a similar layout to what you posted here, blogs last forever and are shown on your blog and accessible by anyone who visits (if you have them public of course). bulletins are temporary and you can choose to post one of those from your home page! only your friends can see those and that’s the little table of posts on the right side of your home page!
