Did you put both the script file and the package files in your mods folder? Make sure the script file is no more than one folder deep (i.e. mods>wwfolder). If it's still not working, make sure you're running the version that's compatible with your game and that you don't have any conflicting mods
by one file deep, is that meaning only adding the whims in the EA file? or to the next, Sims 4?
im still not sure exactly what each file is. this is my first time ever using a computer for gaming ;(

It's ok! So you're going to go into Documents > EA (or Electronic Arts) > The Sims 4 > Mods and put it either in Mods, or in its own folder in Mods. Hope this helps!
