Hello everyone!!! It’s rainy on and off today as well!!! The weather is strange in California lately… Today i went out with my mom to a Mexican grocery store and tried Chicharrones! (fried pork skins) and it was really savory and very crunchy! After that I went to an ice cream shop and had matcha and salted caramel ice cream swirl with taiyaki (fish shaped bread) for dessert!!!!
And onto the banana bread…
I know I’ve been putting this banana bread off for like 3 days but yesterday I made the dough and I have it in the fridge!!! I saved it overnight so the flavors would mingle (I learned this from a video about chocolate chip cookies) and I’m finally baking it now!!!! I added chocolate chips because I love chocolate on banana bread :9 im excited to eat some!!! Life is truly amazing!!!!! Hope everyone’s day is going well!!!
