hi!
so i've seen a lot of people on here wanting to learn how to code, or just starting at it , so i figured i'd post some resources to help with that !!
1. youtube tutorials
if you search "spacehey layout tutorial" in youtube, there's a lot of good videos there that can help a lot !!
here's a youtube playlist full of tons of different tutorials that are really helpful!
2. genericprofileeditor
genericprofileeditor is a neocities site created to help make spacehey layouts and preview them without going back and forth from your about me to your profile over and over. it's super user friendly and easy to use, i definitely reccomend !!
genericprofileeditor.neocities.org
3. inspect on layouts
if you right click a certain thing , one of the options from the table is "inspect". this is helpful for seeing what properties the person is using on their layout, seeing links for different images and also getting to know a lot of different html properties that spacehey specifically uses!
4. frankenstiening layouts
a thing i do a lot when making my layouts is going to the layouts and "stealing" things i like. a lot of times this can help because a lot of times you can figure out new things about coding through this!!
5. blogs / bulletins
lastly, just searching up what you need in the blogs, or scrolling through the web, html, tech category lazily like i do, can be helpful! usually there's at least one blog that's helpful for what you need.
also, asking about it on bulletins! there's a chance one of your friends might know what you need and will help you out :)
