Intro

Hey! My name's Alex.

I usually start with an intro post, but considering SpaceHey's layout, a lot of the fat's already been trimmed! I miss the days where you opened with what you like instead of what you don't wanna interact with. It's refreshing to just list what brings me joy.

But down to brass tacks, expect to see some vehement defense of the strange and unusual. Yes, even people who use labels in a way you don't agree with. I don't agree with the thought of infighting to make ourselves more palatable to oppressive groups. Those leopards are still gonna eat your face, baby.

But that also means, so long as you're not hurting other people directly (violence and abuse) or indirectly (funding of organizations meant to genocide marginalized groups), I do not care how weird you are.

There's still something to love about you, and your bravery to be earnest is a start.

Even if you consider yourself inhuman-- I can love nonhumans. Shit, I love my cat like he's my own flesh-and-blood son. I'll love you.

Speaking of my cat, here's a link to him bein' a lil' cutie pie. His name is Link, and he's about a year and a little over a half? Coming up on two years! He always gets a lil sweet potato treat on his birthday, it's a big deal.
