something that helped me quickly improve on my art, specifically anatomy, was to kinda just picture whatever i was drawing 2d or not in a 3d setting. like even if theyre just standing still front facing, think about how they'd look from other perspectives even if ure not going to draw it. it will help you get a great grasp on concept of anatomy and creating your own art style.
umm also speaking abt anatomy. i fucking hate studying anything ever and i rly only draw what i wanna 99 percent of the time but anatomy practice is so important. not just w humans or animals either, nonliving subjects too. just dedicate a quick 10 minute drawing following some sort of tutorial and try it out yourself a couple other times once u get the hang of it. most of the time drawing is just motor memory so try to get urself accustomed to that
