how do i do this!!!

i need help with 2 things

no.1- how to make a custom cursor

ive seen tons of people have them and ive read quite a few tutorials but i cant quite work it out, someone help

no.2- i cant quite explain these as idk what they r called, but those little boxes under "who id like to meet" that either have a band name in it or something silly like treehugger, and they are super cool and colourful, can somebody tell me where i can find those?

2. i think what youre trying to describe is adding more sections to the about me, theres lots of tutorials for that that i have hoarded so heres one!!

if you need anymore help what i personally do is google "how to do xyz spacehey" and a bunch of forum posts pop up with code and instructions on how to add them, etc.
