oc anger

so i have an idea for a new oc but i dont know what to do for the oc. like, i know what i want it to be based off of but i have no idea what i want to do for the color palette, personality (kinda), gender, etc etc

so now im stuck in oc limbo just thinking of what i want this oc to be when i have literally no idea what i want this oc to be
its been like. 3 days. i cannot think

i am fr head empty no thoughts
