Gym-Going

I'm on like week 3 of regular lifting and I don't know why I didn't start this sooner. I've been making pretty good noticeable progress already, which is super great. I've always been on the thinner side so obviously literally any muscle I'm gaining is showing like right away.

My boyfriend gave me his copy of Bigger, Leaner, Stronger by Michael Matthews so I'll be giving that a read soon to try to make some improvements. 

I will say it's kind of crazy that you can just walk in and start doing almost whatever? Especially knowing that improper form or use of the machines can really hurt you, it's crazy that you can just walk in without any idea of how to do anything. Maybe that's just me though. 

I've really been trying to get down my form and such on everything, since I know how important it is. There's so many little things you wouldn't know from the get-go for sure. 

For anyone who does want to start going to the gym though, I promise no one will even look at you twice or care what you're doing as long as you're not an asshole. And if someone gives you a hard time or anything like that, they're an asshole so don't sweat it. Save the sweat for your pump lol.
