Easy butter cream frosting recipe

  • 5 cups - powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 (1/2 cup) - sticks of butter (room temp)
  • 2 tps - vanilla extract 
  • 1-2 tbsp - heavy cream 
  • Dash of salt
Mix all the ingredients together medium high speed in mixer for 5 minutes or until well Blended. For thicker texture slowly add more powered sugar and for thinner texture add more heavy cream 

Can frost up to 24 cupcakes or 3 layer cake.
