I overcooked the chicken this time ;-;

  So last night I undercooked the chicken a little bit but it was still good (gravy was really runny though so that kinda sucked) Today, however, I overcooked it... I wanted the chicken to be crispy so I put it in the oven with the potatoes, which by the way were perfect, buuuuuuut the chicken ended up being hard and not so very nice, it was crispy so that was good (I guess). But the chicken could've been better honestly. Now I'm a lil bit more experienced, so next time it'll be PERFECT. XD
