in need of layout coding help

HELLLp!

Hello strangerz n friends, ik a bunch of you guyz are super smart with layout coding so i had a few questions !!

My main question really is just how to i edit and or add backgrounds to these areas! 

(i cannot add images rn so ill describe them)

Area 1: the spacehey profile url box, like the box with the url to YOUR profile right under the contacts.

Area 2: the Edit profile area/you are (user name)'s friend box, the one right above your blog area

Area 3: the box and the very bottom of everyone's page and profiles about how this site is a fan based project. i've seen people edit that area with background images and i cant figure out how

EDIT: i found the code for this Area, its the footerlinks!

Also a side question, yk that overlay with the lines like a tube tv (u can see it on my profile) whats the code for that or overlays in general? I tried to look through my code but my code is EXTREMELY messy and everywhere so i got lost and couldn't find it. 

any help with any of this would be EXTREMELY appreciated tysm in advance !!!😭
