steam coming outta my ears

im so annoyed its fucking annoying how management is on this shitty little floor, even this one manager who was called in to help train and manage said its the worst floor hes ever seen lmao 

theres been talk of everyone moving seats again for like the 3rd time which no one liked. Then seating plans were shown and only shown to some teams (theres like 10 teams of 10/14 on this floor) and not other teams. wtf is that about lmao the seating plans effect everyone but are only shown to a few random ppl?????

then on top of that they finally showed us today and only showed us the seats that affect us (not the whole floor) and they told us today at 4pm. We go home at 5pm. They told us it was in effect from tomorrow onwards. bruh???? people who werent in dont even get time to move their shit, theyll just come in tomorrow and see other ppl at their desk, using their drawers sitting in their seat. And whilst i was in the middle of working someone comes up, moves my nametag off the desk and puts someone elses nametag. didnt say anything just came up and moved my name.

I really love my current desk, the location, who im next to and who im facing. Not only that but i specifically set that desk up w equipment i like. My new shitty desk has old shit that i refuse to use so tomorrow after work im gonna have to move more shit. And i hate who im facing im facing the managers i dont like. At my old desk i faced only 2 managers, both of whom i rock w and i had this huuuge whiteboard to my side that blocked off like half the office so i had some fucking privacy. But nope its all gone. and ofc they said its changing again in a few weeks.

Also my old manager is being weird to me like he doesnt like me. i think he feels guilty cus basically he forced me to do a role for a few months and then i said it was affecting my mental health and giving me lots of anxiety (it was, it was bad) and since then hes been cold and blunt with me, like he doesnt really wanna talk to me anymore.

Oh well.

tomorrow i have a 1 to 1 meeting with my manager and im gonna insist i wfh on the days i want (theyre supposed to pick the days and i dont like the days theyve picked)

they said u have to have a good reason and i do have a personal reason to do w my family.

either way im telling them i will be wfh those days and they can deal with it, my family comes before ur retarded arbitrary made up "wfh" days. other departments in this office dont have it why the fuck do you

especially when we're so overbooked that youre forcing people to wfh 2 days outta the week so someone else can use their desk whilst they wfh lmaooo get the fuck outta here
