Sometimes I suddenly realize I don’t truly matter to the world. It makes me want to evaporate into the clouds, but at the same time it gives me a sense of enlightenment. If I truly don’t matter, then I should be doing the things I love and be living my best life while I still can. Sure, sometimes there are circumstances where I can’t be bubbly and carefree, but I think life is a privilege, and just like privileges, it can be stripped from you in seconds. So the best way I can put it is this; If anyone tries to deny you having a great time, then they don’t deserve a good time either.

The world is a cold, uncaring, and even cruel place. What happens, happens, and if something happens to you the world itself will not miss you.
And the world is wrong.
Whether you look at it as reality being a dead scattering of dust with no capacity to care, or humanity's general indifference to its own suffering, you matter. To yourself, to those who care about you and you care about, to everyone whose life you touch during your own existence.
Maybe the universe won't notice the day you leave it behind, but it's not likely to notice its own death either. Maybe humanity won't mourn losing you, but it doesn't even bother to mourn anything else it loses however much its passing should and does hurt.
If there's no meaning given to you, then the meaning you've given yourself is everything, and I think choosing to enjoy what you can in spite of grand scale apathy and antipathy like you have is simply the right thing to do.
