FOR MY ADHD PEEPS

Is it just me or like when doing any type of work you can’t concentrate at all unless you have music blasting or like people around talking so that you can concentrate on doing the work ??? Cuz like I always blast music for me to fully concentrate and if I’m not it the mood to listen to music I always ask one of my IRL friends to be with me on call so that their talking to me and helping me concentrate like for some reason I can multitask that 🤨
