Who's Your Most Favorite Splatoon Idol?

Since I have to choose, I'm going with my all time favorite and classic, Marie Hotaru! Marie is a member of the Squid Sisters(for those who don't know anything about Splatoon) and she has a more calm and lazy kind of personality. She's a charger user, wears the color green, and has a slow and mellow voice, compared to her cousin, Callie.

Marie is the opposite and same as me. I can be very hyper but I'm a really good Charger player(though I main Aerospray, sloshing Machine, and any brush) And I really love how the implemented her amazing Charger use in the Splatoon 2 story mode! It was incredible seeing her noscope the shades off of Callie in the Splatoon 2 final boss.

Being that she is part of the Squid Sisters they have an assortment of songs, Ink Me Up, City of Color, their cover of Now or Never, and Maritime Memory. But nothing hits quite like that heavenly melody, Calamari Inkantation. Just like Now or Never, Calamari Inkantation reappears in every game in some way, shape, form, or fashion. Whether the final boss in the story mode, the chimes in the Deep Sea Metro, or the Password Easter Egg in the first game, it'll always be there. There are multiple different remixes such as:

This brings me to my next point. While Callie's voice is higher in pitch and plays in the left ear, Marie's low and mellow plays in the right. I love the sound of hee voice, it makes me feel calm, unlike Callie's, whose voice makes me feel energetic and upbeat. 

In Marie's solo, Tide Goes Out, you can hear how calm and slow she prefers to be. Similar to a slowly flowing tide on a beach. It matches her personality, which is why I love and will forever love, Marie Hotaru💚
