its only illegal if you or someone else makes a profit from it :p so paying to have it print out is illegal (even if you try to say you're only paying for the resources to print it for some reason) , BUUUTTT printing it out for free/with your own printer is not illegal. ive actually been wanting to print out some of my fav fanfics recently :D
