raylib time!!!!

turns out i really don't feel like writing my own personal math library so raymath.h has got me covered

thank god raylib itself is so modular, so i can just snip a module like raymath out of rcore and use it for my own purposes!! v useful 10/10

its got it all pretty much, vector math, useful types and structs, the works
